Refunds and Returns
All Sales Final. No Refunds. No Exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and attempt to make it right.
Processing
a. Items in your shopping cart are not guaranteed to be in stock until the order is fulfilled. If an item sells out, you will be notified via email regarding the unavailable item.
b. All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. This includes order verification, printing, packing, and shipping preparation.
Shipping
a. Shipping time is separate from processing time. After your order is processed, the shipping time depends on the selected shipping method and your location.
b. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can track its progress.
c. Once the carrier has received your package, it is out of our control. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, you, the customer, will need to resolve the issue directly with the carrier. We will not issue refunds or provide compensation for lost or misplaced packages.

Fraud
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent based on our system's detection.
Verification: If you believe your order was mistakenly flagged as fraudulent, please contact us to verify your information and resolve the issue.
